Ending Hunger for Homeless & Poor Families
In the 2022 Global Hunger Index, India ranks 107th out of the 121 countries with sufficient data to calculate 2022 GHI scores. With a score of 29.1, India has a level of hunger that is serious. Over 25 lakh Indians die from hunger every year. In the 2021 GHI (Global Hunger Index), India has a score of 27.5, which indicates a serious level of hunger in the country.
Interconnected issues of poverty, inequity, conflict, climate change, gender discrimination, and weak government and health systems all play a role in keeping nutritious food out of reach for millions of families around the world.
This project helps the poor and feeds homeless people to eradicate hunger in India. Help us feed hungry senior citizens, differently-abled people, elderly, and street children who are homeless. We distribute daily food to homeless people and poor families living on the streets. Every time we feed the poor, the happiness on their faces is beyond description. Our motto is to feed every homeless person who carries a hungry stomach to bed.
